This is all about #25 Training your mind to be kind to yourself
This episode is chatting about the things we do, or say in our minds that can quite literally stop us in our track or make us feel unworthy.
The words that we say silently in our minds can be overwhelming and hurtful so how do we change those words and encourage ourselves when things seem hard?
Sometimes it the fear of needing to be perfect, in ourselves and our business which can lead to procrastination ...which can end up us doing nothing and staying still. We get so stuck in needing to be perfect.
That we find excuses and reasons why
1. we can't just post it
2. we can't just do the thing just yet.
Hopefully this sets you up for a week of inspiration and education.
This is an important topic as Mums we need to discuss and as young women we need to discuss. "Training your mind to be kind to yourself ".
