We’re here for another edition of the Extended Clip Executive Decision. Laura Jacoves pledged at the $15/mo tier, and she decided that we should do an episode on Raul Ruiz’ 2010 epic, Mysteries of Lisbon. a nearly 5 hour journey through storytelling itself, weaving tales and floating across Europe like a dream, Ruiz lets you know early on that you’re in the hands of a master filmmaker. 5 hours later, you might have more questions than answers, but that’s part of the beauty.

Then, we change it up on the middle segment and get into some music. Radiohead, The Smiths, Eddy Arnold, Nico, and Peter Sotos are discussed. I really hope we do not end up doing a Buyer’s Market podcast.
