Listen Later

For the most part when we are younger, we didn’t give much thought to aging-who does when they are young right? No matter what your age you should look at your life and health as a beautiful journey. As you age, you might start to notice some changes in your body and mind—maybe like a bit more weight than before, feeling tired more often, or occasionally forgetting where you left the keys. Today we are going to explore what you can do to stay vivacious and healthy!
