Core values are something that I talk about A LOT with my clients. When you know your core values, you can embody them. They become part of who you are. They can become your decision-making and boundary-enforcing framework that leads to a lighter and more aligned life. The best part about knowing your core values is knowing why things feel right or out of whack!
