The off-season is the time of year where a lot of things change. Players change. Hope changes. Coaches sometimes change. Front offices. This year, cities and ballparks. And then there are rule changes. And we've seen a lot of those in recent years. Let's look back at this game and rapid pace at which things change. Whether it's good or bad, it's inevitable.
