It’s been almost three years that many workers have been wondering if and when they’ll have to go back to the office. For moms, and single moms in particular, working from home versus commuting makes a huge difference in how we’re able to show up both as a parent and an employee. And this got me thinking about how we as women need to keep speaking up for our needs and our families. While I absolutely support our need for social connection as well as professional advancements for women, what sacrifices are actually worth it?
