Brett was born and raised in Hemet, California with his three brothers and loving parents. He spent most of his time engaged in athletic activities and reading every book he could get his hands on. His biggest question has always been "why?" This need for a depth of understanding of life and why we are here has led to a burning desire to get the most of every moment. In 1999, life as he knew it turned completely upside down when he lost his older brother in a car accident. The trauma created by that wound ended up being one of his greatest blessings when he realized that everything that he endured during that tragic time was FOR him. He now lives with a sense of urgency and a relentless will to ensure that when it is his time to go, "there will be no potential life remaining." Dr. Brett is the creative mind that helps shape the revolutionary energy and systems of The Source Chiropractic. He felt that what was missing in the chiropractic profession was a deep sense of connection, purpose, and consistent delivery of results with artfully crafted chiropractic adjustments. He filled this void by creating Kairos Training Culture, the world's largest performance training system for chiropractors and chiropractic students. When he is not serving as CEO of The Source Chiropractic and Kairos Training Culture, he fills his time creating spaces of evolution for his two children, moments of connection with his wife Dr. Kate Jones, and cultivating centers of empowerment for himself and others to discover their ideal Self.
