Being behind the scenes I often get asked about my story and why I started MTN RDY and my particular story.

One thing I have learned over the years is that vulnerability and transparency are well, awesome. In this episode, I open up about my path that led me to MTN RDY, who I wanted to work with, how I wanted to build this business and the value that I wanted to bring skiers, bikers, and runners outside of just general programming. Enhancing one's quality of life from every aspect and connecting individuals to community, themselves, and building strong and wise humans on and off the mountain. In a world where business leaders are typecasted to wear every single hat, I believe in focusing on your strengths and surrounding yourself with humans that compliment you.
