On this episode of Le Run Down I talked with avid runner and co-Director of Take The Bridge race series, Darcy Budworth. She grew up in Portland, a running mecca coincidentally nicknamed "Bridgetown", but didn't fall in love with running until she moved to New York City. She adored the local community, and after participating in a few unsanctioned races decided to create her own. Today, they race in all major cities and even have a Take The Bridge Podcast to spread the word. Find out about her journey and how she's grown her series from a local event to an international success.
