Hey Everybody! Welcome to Episode #0026 "Don't Believe The Hype!" Where we are talking about the Fairy Tale relationships! 

We grow up watching all of these princess movies thinking that this knight in shining armor or this prince is going to come and sweep us off of our feet and we will live happily ever after.  That they will be our soul mate forever and nothing will ever go wrong! Well I call BS! Can someone be perfect for us..? Yes! Will that relationship always be Perfect and you never have any problems..? Absolutely Not! Anyone that tells you any different is lying to you. 

Relationships, positive and negative are tied to your self-worth. Your feelings of being enough. Believing whether you are lovable or not. I talk about all of these things and more in today's episode!
