You know you are amazing at what you do. But does the world understand it?
I've stopped counting the brilliant people I've met who never get what they deserve.
The entrepreneur who doesn’t get enough eyes on their business.
The leader who doesn’t have enough influence to change their organization.
The talented and dedicated professional who gets overlooked for promotions.
The generalist who gets ignored because they are passionate about too many things.
It frankly breaks my heart every time I see so much potential, human goodness, and impact go to waste.
And with the years, I’ve come to realize that it’s linked to 1 thing only. Building visibility in a way that gets you seen, heard, and understood.
