Change is hard. Or it isn’t. Sometimes it seems easier if the change is necessary and an expected outcome of a choice you’ve made. Then there are changes that happen in our lives that we didn’t ask for. Many of us try to resist and even fight what we perceive as forced change, even though doing so depletes us of our precious energy.
