River Repinski in a young entrepreneur making things happen in Winona! After graduating from Cotter High School a couple years ago, he left town to attend college for one year and then made his way back to Winona State University where he started a speech and debate team from the ground up. Additionally, he helps out in his family business, Winona Tour Boat, as a tour boat captain. That's right, he has his captain's license and leads boat tours on the Mississippi River.
