In this episode of Behind the Beef we have been joined by Angus Australia Commercial Supply Chain Manager Liz Pearson, who has not long returned from a study tour which saw her take in the commercial production systems of the United States of America and Canada.   

Liz has joined us to give a short overview of her tour and some of the standouts for her during her time investigating the productions systems on the other side of the world.
