It’s almost a month into the New Year. According to statistics, 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by February. Are you on the track to fail or to succeed? It takes daily discipline to succeed. If you have a goal of gaining or losing a number of pounds, you will fail quicker when you lose motivation if you go in the wrong direction by a couple pounds.
