Ateh is a huge believer in diversity and launched her own award- winning blog for women with darker skin tones called www.jeweltonesbeauty.com, which has featured "Black Panther" Academy Award and Emmy Nominated actress Angela Bassett.

Ateh also lectures, gives keynote speeches, Panel discussions, consults and has done product development for brands such as Stylist Live, Unilever just to name if few.
