This meditation is an invitation to ask ourselves how we are writing our own life story- from fear or from love. As we look at our own state of being and the lens through which we see our life, we may find that we often unknowingly identify with our fears. This meditation is an opportunity to let go of the hold our fears have on us through the power of noticing, compassionately loving ourselves, and facing our fears with love. It is an invitation to practice shifting and to write our story from a place of love.
