Morning routines are fantastic way to set yourself up for success. Taylos gets up at 4am, does a short 10 minute meditation, focusing on the breathing. Followed up with an espresso coffee and breakfast.
On his morning 45 minute drive, he listens to Quote of The Day Show, followed by an audio file talking through his goals, speaking along with them. Then his favourite song on YouTube and then the current motivational speaker he is listening to.
This really sets him up for a positive, productive day.
