Florian Sighe is an active multifamily broker in San Diego, focusing on 5-25 unit buildings as well as 2-4 units. He is also a syndication manager and investor in the multifamily space, with current ownership of 25 units over 3 properties, all purchased in 2021. Florian was a long-time professional poker player out of college, before dabbling in the internet marketing space, and finally landing in real estate. His number one skill has always been networking and cultivating genuine, long-standing relationships in different walks of life. He attributes any and all success to the people and experiences that molded him.
