This is how we are navigating through the corona virus….It’s been 48 hours since it was announced we are in a global pandemic.

This podcast is all about how we rise up into positivity and try to understand that the coronavirus is happening FOR us, not TO us. Why not think about the pandemic this way of discovering beautiful growth and personal evolution and how we find our power from discovering our connection to one another and to our hearts.

Maybe this is Humanity’s greatest moment in time - maybe we surrender to our greatest moment of living every day…. right now.

Maybe this is something that the planet needs right now….how do we know? Just maybe, this is our wake up call for humanity.

What is our the most important things to us.

Re-evaluating our values. It’s like we have just had our houses cleaned. We have been given a gift of solitude and isolation and this gives us a chance to be quiet and open ourselves up to all we deeply desire.

We are changing up our values.

What is it that the coronavirus teaching us. What is it? Open yourself up to the possibilities of the SPACE that the COVID-19 is creating for us.

Look after your MIND, BODY and SOUL - we need to BUILD our IMMUNE SYSTEM now.
