The Burnout Show

#26 - Peta Sitcheff was working in the medical device industry for 13 years and had to be available 24/7. It wasn't until her nan was unwell that Peta was forced to see that the way she was living her life was no longer sustainable

Listen Later

Following a successful career in the relentless world of medical device sales, Peta felt an overwhelming need to give back.  To reflect on her lessons, consider what she could have done differently and inspire others through her wisdom.

Today, Peta runs a successful consultancy, choosing to work with clients in high performance industries, who would benefit most from her sales and commercial leadership.

Whether guiding a coaching client through personal change, inspiring teams through speaking or supporting organisations to discover opportunity in unchartered waters, Peta brings energy, optimism and creativity to all she does.

The heart of her success philosophy always remains the same – “emotional connections propel us forward”

At home, Peta is the mother of her teenage son Lewis and is a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being in the work place.
