In this episode, Sean O'Connell came in for a chat. Sean is a psychologist, committee member of the British Psychological Society, and a former professional rugby player. Having had a successful playing career curtailed by injury, he transitioned to working with people and businesses, achieving a first-class BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management, and a distinction level MSc in Psychology. Sean now runs Perform, a performance consultancy, working with elite level athletes and businesses to enable them to achieve optimal performance.
