Sometimes what you think you need in your business… isn’t the full story.
In this episode, I’m sharing an interview I did with Emily Reagan on the Marketing Freelancer Podcast where we talk about how I landed and stepped into an “Operations Assistant” role for a 7-figure entrepreneur in 2025.
On paper, the job was basic admin and tech. But once I got in, I spotted opportunities the client didn’t realize existed (and I took them on without adding to her workload).
