26: The Comparison Game: What’s Helped Me

Today we are talking comparison, and I am going to be completely honest I am still working on this myself. So what I want to do today is share some of the things I have realized and strategies I use when I feel comparison come up for me in my life, because there are some ways to use these feelings in a positive way. When we learn to reframe our mindset around comparison we open up the possibilities to reframing other not so great habits that we may have built over the years of social media and imposter syndrome. I hope you love this episode and if you do share it with a friend who might need a little bit of love in this area of life. Because the reality is we all are going through it, especially with this curveball of a year. But we have a few more months left that we can either put towards growth, or we can keep doing the bad habits that make us feel like crap. The choice is yours, my friend.
