Tom is the co-founder of Jubel Beer and an Innovation Advisor at Sustainable Ventures. Jubel is a sustainable range of craft lagers cut with fruit which he has grown with his co-founder to be stocked in Sainsbury’s and Waitrose stores nationwide. Jubel has recently achieved the status of a Carbon negative footprint, something that is important to Tom. Tom now focuses his time working for Sustainable Ventures where he can have a broader impact on Sustainability through a variety of young and growing companies.
