Over the Easter season I was asked to lead a series of classes that would challenge/expand/strengthen the link between sound psychology and our faith.
With the work of the renowned researcher and storyteller, Brene Brown as our guide we walked through topics of courage, shame, vulnerability, boundaries and trust.
Now look, I won't even try to hid this, I adore Brene Brown. I’ve read most (maybe all?!) of her books and listened to all of her podcasts… she’s one of the people I refer to as a sister stranger friend. All of that to say, these conversations were not new to me but there was something special about revisiting these topics; especially TRUST.
I’ve written a few “thought dumps” about what I think and see, and I imagine I’ll continue to keep that as a close focus. But for those of you who prefer to listen than read, I’m adding it to the podcast lineup — first TRUST episode is out today.
Enjoy!
