On today's episode I share a weekly practice you can do to cultivate compassion and ignite confidence and worth from within! This is a practice and will take some time to truly begin to witness and feel the benefits.
Repeat this exercise weekly 💜 reminder it may take time to truly ignite compassion & confidence within.
The practice:
1) take 15+ minutes to run through compassion practices…
Some practices:
✨ journal on or visualize ✨
• write a list of the things you’ve overcome and accomplished
• hold a vision of your inner child and all they have been through … send them love 💜
• journal on & remind yourself of those you have impacted and helped
• write about your strengths & weaknesses & how they make you unique
2) treat your body with gentle care via self-care practices… gentle massages, stretching, showers/baths
3) it’s time to feel into your magic and beauty!
✨ carve out time to feel yourself
✨ wear things that make you feel sexy, powerful & badass
✨ feel into your energy by playing music and flowing to it
✨ gets dressed up & do a photo shoot
