Sometimes we feel like shit mentally, physically, or emotionally. It may last for half a day or maybe half a year. Feeling like shit, regardless of the situation, doesn't have to impact our lives in a way that stops us in our tracks and keeps us from showing up.

I want to remind you that feeling like shit doesn't have to be a problem and teach you how to show up and support yourself even when you find  yourself feeling like shit.
