Sarah McCarthy is the creator of the McCarthy Math Academy which provides online math curriculum and tutoring for grades 3-5. Prior to going full time with the academy Sarah was an elementary math teacher and coach in the Orlando area. We brought her on to talk about how she interacts with students on the digital platform and to give advice on how teachers can build authentic relationships with their students.
