260 - Check In With Yourself - How Are You Feeling?

You are probably a person who checks in on everyone constantly, but hardly anyone checks in on you, so this is why I'm saying that you need to check in on yourself, tap into your body and see how you're feeling and where your thoughts are at.

You have to take care of yourself as a priority above everyone else. You are important and you need to know that you need to do this multiple times per day and not just once in a blue moon.

The mindset behind it all is paramount and it's also making sure you're getting what you need.
