I say: By Allāh, you can acquire (buzrugy) asceticism even by wearing two shawls, having pillows and mattresses,having a kingdom, and eating the most exotic foods. But not at your house. You will get all this at a spiritual master.- Hazrat Thanwi رحمه الله
