Welcome back! I start with the Update of the week I had, with the ups and downs and a lot of good even with some bad. I had a great dinner with my neighbor right before and I ate Indian Food! (well see if I survive lol ) I then go to Mannys A Reel Boy where we laugh learn and end with positivity. I then Poke My Jokes from City Lounge on Wednesday. I end asking Gina a few questions, like if I have Bronchitis, how to handle some socially awkward situations, the Shuman frequency, and which frequencies are best for rest and recovery.
