Too many nurses today feel isolated. They are unable to speak up at work, or advocate for their needs. They feel trapped by a profession that is draining them daily. While pay raises, improved nurse-to-patient ratios, and better leadership are critically important and necessary, there is a bigger beast that must be resolved before we can move forward.
We NEED community! And I don't know about you, but I have struggled to find it. So, you and I are going to CREATE it ourselves!
