#268 Embracing the Unseen: Measuring Intangible Growth on Your Journey to Purpose

What you focus on grows. Have you heard that? You’ve all heard about the blue car or yellow car phenomenon…you don’t see them until you are looking for it. It’s still there-they have always been there- you just didn’t notice it. Today I wanted to dive into things that we can measure but we typically don’t think about or see. As we step into growth and become who God has called us to be there are changes that we can’t see with our eyes but we can FEEL when we know to look for them. These are sometimes more important (and tend to directly correlate with those tangible things we can see and measure).

Growth is more than metrics- it’s about who we are becoming…so who are you becoming? Let’s dive in!
