In Episode 27, I sit down with my old work colleague and co-coach, Adam Parker.

Adam and I were fortunate to meet each other during our incredible experience at the International Sports Training Camp. During our chat, we dive into what the camp taught us, and how those lessons have stuck with us through our teaching journeys.

On top of this, we talk about how Adam has created his own business (Exergames) and how he uses the CHANGE IT model to influence and change the games that he plays.
