Adam Walker is only the fifth person to successfully swim the Oceans 7 - the toughest seven channel swims in the World including,
* English Channel (with a torn bicep)
* Strait of Gibraltar (return crossing)
* Molokai Strait
* Catalina Channel
* Tsugaru Strait
* Cook Strait
* North Channel
The Oceans 7 is the equivalent to mountaineering's "Seven Summits" and Adam is the second person in history to complete all seven on the first attempt.
In this interview Adam shares his experiences including suffering hypothermia, being stung and paralysed by a Portuguese Man O War, and being protected from a shark by a pod of dolphins.
