Scott and Kaelyn run Benham Leadership Group where they work with corporations to create culture change through a model they call head to heart leadership. They facilitate workshops and do group and individual coaching for executives

Scott and Kaelyn are also called to the family mountain and have have recently started a Youtube channel called Being with the Benhams where they will be living out that idea of being while they are becoming in the spaces of Identity, Intimacy, and Inspired thinking. They teach families how to discover their identity/purpose and destiny while partnering with Holy Spirit through mentoring, strategy sessions, and walking along side them with true intimacy (Kingdom family).
