Joy is something we can’t cultivate in our own strength. In our own power, we may be able to modify our behavior and be “happy” but that is a fleeting feeling. Joy is a way of living. It isn’t based on circumstances or situations. I am sure you know a few people in your life that have joy because when people exude joy, they stand out!
