Seth Funderburg is the man behind Black Matter Training. He coaches a group of runners in the Central Florida area and is himself one of the area’s top runners. Seth is also a movement specialist with a background in personal training. This helps him assess his runners’ movement patterns (form and flow) and prescribe corrective exercises that will improve their functional strength. We talk about running, coaching, and how he trains his athletes.
