Like me, Deborah Mendes believes strongly the pandemic has taught many we can’t go on the way we have. It is something she herself realised in 2018. It’s when she decided to train as a forest bathing guide

She believes we need to reconnect to who we were. To the wisdom of our ancestors, to Nature, to an understanding of how the world really works, natural laws so we can navigate the terrain and look to Nature to know how to behave.
 
It is only then that we can stay well, optimize our health and restore harmony on the planet.
 
On her self-leadership journey, Deborah has worked closely with Nature. Now she shares her very deep connection in a relational sense with an online platform and program.

She is a leader, guide, teacher and change agent with a growing community of regenerative leaders.  She is also Global Health Ambassador at GE where she works part-time.
