This week's episode is with the lovely Dr. Lisa Gunderson. Dr. Lisa began One Love Consulting in Victoria, B.C., at the end of 2012. One Love specializes in providing organizations anti-racism and equity workshops/training, consultation. Dr. Gunderson specializes in racism against persons of African ancestry (anti-black racism both in the United States and Canada). Her motivational speaking centers around the mental wellness in being unapologetically black while engaging in discussions around white fragility, power, privilege, microaggressions, bias, white supremacy, and systemic discrimination.

In this episode, we chat about her journey becoming a clinical psychologist, how she started one love consulting and how she specializes in providing organizations anti-racism and equity workshops, and we also discuss the George Floyd movement as well as the increase of her services during this difficult time.
