This was one of my favorite conversations I've ever had on the podcast. It all started when Adele lost a bunch of weight and images of her dramatic weight loss were popping up online. Like most people, I was taken a back and when I saw Lauren's thoughts on fat icons  and their narrative in pop culture I KNEW I had to have her on.
