Our God is a personal God. He wants us to understand that as our Father, He is near, and is personally interested in our concerns and well-being. The scriptures tell us to pour out our hearts to Him, to share with Him the details of our lives, because in doing so, we will sense His nearness and realize He hears us - and He cares.
