The research is clear - women will not put themselves forward for positions and opportunities unless we are convinced that we can meet 100% of what is required. I imagine it would been similar for anyone who doesn't present as a cis het white man. 

If we want more power and influence to shift to the marginalised and those working for the greater social good, then we need to start putting ourselves forward and pursuing opportunities and creating/launching/starting things that stretch us out of comfort zone and beyond our previous experiences. 

I've built a career out of doing things way outside of my comfort zone and areas of experience. Some have worked out, some didn't. But I live to tell the tale. 

I share some practical things you can do to stop your inner critic from limiting your options (and the exact thing I do when it starts talking shit about me) and how to start to believe in yourself more.

Claim your space gorgeous one - you are way more capable and qualified than you give yourself credit for. In fact, all you have done up until this point in your life, more than qualifies you for what your soul is calling you to next.
