Grant decides to put his past behind him and literally tries to cook up the next hit film, Leo gets a little too political and tells the true story of his family's "Glasserole Incident", and Dorsch goes rooting around in a stranger's purse and almost makes an unfixable mistake. A little later, Gesticulation Consultant Ronny (Marissa Rice) stops by the Nest to talk nonverbal talk. Ronny brings a lot to the table and Dorsch helps her unpack it all. Some of the topics the Crew covers with her are how holding a mug defines one's character, the dark and unsurprisingly erotic world of the Spy Kids fan-fic site "Thumblr", and how ten minutes of Tech Deck a day keeps the TEC-9 away.
