Today marks one year the behavior beauty podcast was launched! I remember starting the podcast and trying to figure out everything I needed. It has been a long road, but I am so happy I started this journey. Podcasting by far is easy and fun.  It is so relaxing to sit back and talk about issues that others may enjoy. It also gives you a chance to be creative and express yourself in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Thanks for all the love and support!!
