In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had the great pleasure of having a spectacular guest with an amazing story on the show! His name is Christopher Roche, Chief Development Officer for “CrowdLending”, a direct hard money lender based in Boston. Chris is a truly inspiring person, and has accomplished so much in the real estate investing world. He began his real estate career in 2001 after working for the City of Boston. His remarkable story started from the very beginning as a newly licensed agent doing sales, rentals, to property management, ect., to everything he has built years later!
We chatted about a ton of really interesting topics including keeping the positive energy, looking at the downsides and unforeseen risks of a deal first, putting other’s needs before your own, and so much more!
