Leadership is not a walk in the park however it is a worthy journey.
Indeed leadership is a journey!
In today’s episode take some time to think about a voyage or a hike- or any journey. Think about the tour guide, or captain, now think about leadership.
As we look at today’s law- the law of Navigation we will see the power this holds learning our ability to effectively mobilize.
