Keith Carrington is a Texas-based entrepreneur, barbershop owner, and one of my first cousins, who has over 35 years of experience in the haircare industry. Raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Keith faced various challenges in his youth and those challenges attempted to keep him from reaching his full potential. However, he chose to use those difficult experiences as lessons and opportunities to change not only his life but to also pour into the lives of others through his entrepreneurial endeavors and mentoring others towards the road to success. 

In this episode, Keith discusses a difficulty he had outside of his successes: Divorce. Join me as Keith shares his experiences with divorce, provides insight on the lessons he learned about himself through self-reflection and introspection which has grown and shaped him, and gives encouragement for anyone going through a similar situation.
