After a little break, FIOAIGA is back with a brand new interview! This time I’m joined with Antony Butcher - the Assistant School Education Service Manager (Student Support) at the School of Music & PCI at the University of Leeds. I met Antony during my time at uni and was inspired by how he supported the students and how he shared his own experiences with mental health with us. He shared his story in this episode, whilst also discussing the importance of seeking support, reducing stigma, and looking after yourself when working in a support role. He is one of the wisest people I have ever met, and I was truly in awe of his articulate manner of discussing such an important topic.
